      A great place to work with amazing people and truly solid product ideas. It’s a pleasure to be surrounded by such an exceptional group of individuals. The culture encourages curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow alongside some of the brightest minds.

      Pros

      This has been my observation in my short stint here: (I left because of another opportunity abroad) - Positive culture across the company - India charter just started with positive outlook and investment - Compensation at par with top level product companies (say FAANG) - Small team but high visibility and support from management side

      Cons

      - Small firm so the process is not much followed. But this is a good point considering the startup environment and flexibility it provides.
