Pros

Completing one year at vidaXL has been a truly rewarding experience. The journey so far has been full of continuous learning, exposure to new responsibilities, and opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the team. What stands out is how even small gestures like celebrating a work anniversary can make you feel seen, appreciated, and motivated. It’s a reflection of the culture here, where individual contributions are valued. In just a year, I’ve had the chance to wear multiple hats, grow professionally, and work with a diverse, supportive team. If you're someone who enjoys taking initiative and learning in a fast-paced environment, vidaXL is a great place to be. Looking forward to what year two brings!

Cons

Nothing major. However, providing transportation for a day shift or at least a travel allowance would be a great motivator and make commuting more convenient for employees.

Pros

Empowering Work Culture: Teams are given autonomy, trust, and space to take ownership. The leadership is supportive and encourages innovation and continuous improvement. Collaborative Environment: Great teamwork and cross-functional collaboration across geographies (India and the Netherlands) make work dynamic and rewarding. Learning & Growth: Exposure to international projects and modern Agile practices make it a great learning platform. Opportunities for internal movement and skill development are strong. Work-Life Balance: One of the best aspects of VidaXL. Flexible timings and a humane approach to workload management help you balance your personal and professional life beautifully. Global Exposure with Local Support: Strong synergy between the Dutch and Indian teams, with a growing understanding of cultural diversity and alignment. 🧠 Vision-Driven: Focus on automation, standardization, and digitalization of logistics processes makes the work exciting and futuristic. Purpose & Impact: Employees feel a sense of purpose contributing to strategic goals like sustainability, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Cons

Work From Home Flexibility: Currently, the policy requires 3 days in-office. A more hybrid-friendly or flexible model would be appreciated by many employees. Cafeteria Food Options: Quality and variety can be improved to match the growing expectations of the diverse employee base. Leave Policy: Slightly rigid; more flexibility and transparency in leave approvals and accruals would enhance the employee experience.
