Last month, our first ever batch of Design Associate Program (DAP) participants completed their three week DAP Bootcamp in which they interacted with various cross-functional teams like Product, Engineering, Analytics etc. to understand the PhonePe ecosystem and our ways of working. The PhonePe DAP program is a curated one-year learning journey for budding Product Designers (UI and UX). This journey will provide participants with a unique opportunity to develop their design skills through a combination of mentorship, hands-on experience, and exposure to real-world problem statements. This talented bunch of Design Associates from colleges like NID, MIT Pune, Avantika University, Pearl Academy etc. will now be working on assignments in their respective teams in various pods.
