Anyone promoted from L8 to L7? How much hike you got on promotion ?

I got offer from Accenture for a 30% hike. I have got another offer now for 40%. Will Accenture accept my counter? My proposed joining date is June 22. Will HR accept the counter in this less timeline?? Accenture
