How much hike does barclays give on IJP from BA4 to AVP position? Do they negotiate as well?

I had 3rd level interview with V.P on 2nd June, however I haven't heard back from Barclays H.r, the application status in open (under interview) showing, what should I do, how long Barclays takes to respond with feedback or offer letter. What I assume now.

Can somebody confirm if layoff is common in Barclays, should I join at AVP level or not?
