Deloitte Is offering 23.4 Fixed + 10% Variable Role : Application Modernization (Mainframe) YOE: 8 Years HR is saying this is the max he can do. He is not considering my Holding Offer and anchoring from the Current CTC of 14 LPA Fixed. Holding offer with TCS 22 LPA Fixed + 10% Variable. What to do now? Am I getting lowballed or is this correct as per Market Standard?

Need advice regarding Deloitte offer timeline. First interview was on 5th May, second/final round on 25th May. On 26th May HR verbally told me I’m selected and further details will be shared shortly. Since then no response to calls, texts, or emails despite regular follow-ups. My LWD is 3rd June and I have other offers asking me to join from 4th June. Should I still wait or move ahead with the other offers?
