Hi Everyone, Does anyone know in LTIMindtree after HR discussion and document submission from the ripplehire portal in how many days I can expect the Offer Letter Release? This is for experience candidates. LTIMindtree
I know LTM has got bad reviews to join in this bowl, is it same for Salesforce practice and projects as well, Please share your insights.
I have been feeling underpaid lately. I have almost 10 years of experience and have ctc of 35lpa at P4 currently. Considering I am managing AI projects and market rate is high is there a way to negotiate with the company on raise? Current hike was extremely disappointing but as I see that’s the norm here. How many days/ weeks LTM takes to release offer letter? In my case it's been almost 5 weeks to my HR round discssion and I still haven't received the offer letter. When I checked this with HR, they said its under approval and not sure how long it will take. Is this the common practice in LTM? Has anyone faced this issue recently?
LTM has revised its attendance policy making it mandatory for night shift employees to attend office thrice. I had joined a US Bank project with the assurance that night shift will be WFH. Suddenly, I'm in a fix. I don't wish to attend office at night. Should I ask manager to release me from the project ? Or should I accept this situation for time being & start looking outside the company. Anyway, I'm very unhappy with my current compensation (4.48 LPA with 4.4 yrs of experience).
yes officially its 45 days now. even for laterals its reduced from 180 to 90 days.
So I am software engineer working in Ltm having 1 yoe, I am getting released from the project and right now my client is Microsoft so in my unit there are no project related to data domain (I want to move to data side) the Manager who onboarded me in 2025 is giving me automation testing role and my current PM is saying not to take this as this will be another loop where I will loose my time. But they have made this 45 days bench policy how is this possible that a person will find a project within 1 month or so specially a fresher who has only worked on his/her preferred skills in college and has no proof or professional experience. I am not ungrateful for this job but this is beyond my control now I am cold emailing PM for an opportunity and not getting any replies. Got only one call but they wanted me to relocate from pune to hyderabad which is not possible for me. I feel like this company doesn't have any good projects. Any help will be valuable about what should I do ?
I have 1 yoe , any guidance on this transition from development to data field , which role should I target for a fresher or 1 yeo person and which comman skills I can learn in this 45 days window.

60 days
No email sent out. When did they do it?
Does LTM send email for such changes in policy,did they send email when 90 was reduced to 60 days,all this is done as discreet as possible,so only benchers and those regularly following policies know.
i still see as 60 days in portal, where was it mentioned?
Thanks for heads up ,busy in project work so not time to check SharePoint policy,they are silently changing all policies to benefit for company 😭they are now on par with TCS in number of days for benchers,but here surely now bench means now termination as WFM/HR does contact you,better leave before LTIm kicks out.
Can anyone help me understand my current staffing status? In Ultima, I can see that I'm assigned to the account pool for a project. However, I recently received an email stating that I was removed from that project because I wasn't onboarded within 3 weeks. Given this situation: 1. Should I consider myself on the bench? 2. If Ultima still shows me in the account pool for that project, will other project managers be able to see me as available for staffing? 3. Has anyone experienced a similar situation where Ultima was not updated immediately after being released from a project? Any insights would be appreciated.
Account pool means they consider u for account but it's not billed but when it comes to HR discussion u can mention that u were unable to look project ask for additional time
