Almost two years later, how are things at Capgemini and how has it been different to your experience at Deloitte?

One and a half year into the company and I can confirm there’s no similarity - mostly in terms of toxicity - with D. In terms of international projects, D was definitely the place to be however in the long run this element, which is something I’ve always sought in my career, became less and less appealing due to the horrible environment with partners who treated you as a number based on their personal moods, unreasonably long hours and miraculous promotions occurring every 3 months for “friendly performers” not top performers. I’ve literally seen a person go from intern to senior consultant in a matter of months whereas most of us worked hard to get promoted while focusing on the quality of work and not on making friends with partners
