Verizon, Acuity Knowledge Partners, and Nagarro have offered me a DevOps Cloud Engineer role. While Acuity Knowledge Partners and Nagarro are offering a higher package than Verizon, I need help determining which option would be the best fit for me as a DevOps Cloud Engineer with four years of experience.
See good things will happen after acquisition for persistent but not for nagarro. Nagarro has the lowest P/E value so they got bargain. By next year you will see compensation structure change , most probably by April 2027. Just like persistent we will have a higher org variable and lower pay. Job security still depends upon client billing so no change in that. WFH policy will change , if they want a self resignation as parents with kids won't be able to cope with these changes.
It's pretty obvious that when Company A acquires a company with a fully remote work policy, keeping different policies for both workforces would eventually lead Company A's employees to demand full WFH as well. Therefore, it's quite clear that the full WFH policy at Company B is likely to come to an end.
Verizon
Go through all my comments first. It’s no where mentioned that Nagarro is bad. But when it comes to Nagarro vs Verizon, it’s always Verizon. And no need to take everything personally Mr Consultant
How much you are getting in nagarro?
Now it depends on what career you want to go with. Nagarro, service based company. Verizon, Telcom, nice domain and tech stack Acuity, Into Capital Market I personally would have gone with Acuity > Verizon Both are really nice domain, many other company you can join with those domain in India. But I like capital market more, and then telco, and then logistics
Yes I have worked in Verizon in a contract before. +Other telcom as well. Dish Networks, Telephonica Germany.
