80+ LPA Is that even a reality or just hope? Kindly exclude all CXO types roles.
Spent 12 years in IT. People who love to work after 7-8pm 🙏. Please don't increase the expectations from the employer. You guys are ruining IT for others also. I am a simple guy with family responsibility. I work, complete the task by 7-8pm. I enjoy time with family and friends. Go to Gym. 💪 I am mostly getting around 4 ratings with doing normal work. People like me kindly comment down adivce/thougts for these people.
2.8 LPA → 27 LPA. Just signed my first switch. 5 years ago, I joined HCLTech as a Manual Tester. Since then, my journey took me through Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and eventually GenAI. Once I got into GenAI, I started interviewing seriously. There were rejections, lessons, and plenty of learning along the way. Thanks to everyone who trusted me with opportunities beyond testing. A lot of late nights, self-doubt, learning, and growth. Worth it.
Hi all, I have around 5 years of exp in DevOps Engineer and recently received the following offers • Goldman Sachs- Associate – 27 LPA – Bangalore • Autodesk – 20 LPA – Bglr • Ericsson – 20 LPA – Bglr • UST – 20 LPA – Trivandrum (hometown) Before making my final decision I would love to hear from current or former employees about:Long-term career growth, Learning opportunities and Work-life balance. Especially interested in feedback about Goldman Sachs. Thanks in advance for your insights
I left my previous organisation on June 12th. My next chapter is with TCS and DOJ is on 22nd June. Portal shows the same. However I haven't received any onboarding invite yet . Its 18th June today. HR are unresponsive despite multiple follow ups. Can some one guide here please?
If you are getting retained at the same hike - stay - unless the company is toxic And then start looking out after a couple of months, any additional hike will be up and above that 30% :)
Cts are agreeing to retained you with 30% this is unbelievable generally they retain with 12-15% lucky Your current ctc ?
