Anyone have some really good hardcore tips for a digital detox? It’s an endless loop of knowing that social media and the internet is draining but I still do mindless scrolling to avoid facing reality.

    I use a few of the “app-blocking” apps. The main one I set up for Facebook is called ClearSpace. I stick to the free versions and features, so I actually use a few because they can overlap for more effective blocking. They add just enough friction to opening social media that I have started to avoid the big time sucking ones (instead I check Fishbowl more often - lol)
