My role in current project has finished. My Manager asked me to find new opportunities thru IJP. I am still tagged in the current project and he said once I get a new project he will release me. As I am still under billable I am unable to apply for opportunities thru iAspire. But I am contacting the PM and DM of the posted opportunities in iAspire thru teams and mail. I am currently on a bench in Wipro and I have put down papers. My HR has asked me to take an early release and he confirmed that they will pay me for the remaining days. Has anyone come across a similar situation in Wipro and have you faced any issues in getting the FNF settlement and the relieving letter after taking an early release?
