Tough interview, all questions were asked from previous experience and the projects if done any, asked about the management and team handling questions, attrition, shrinkage, SLA , occupancy. Interview wad good, Panel interview and group fiscussion as well

Referred by one of my friend...all interviews done were telephonic...1 round by the HR dept. 2 rounds with business leaders to judge the ability. normal questions as expected for the profile..few analytical questions and situation based questions as well.
