Altus Group Engineering Manager interview questions

Very poor, robotic process with the Head of Engineering. The interviewer seemed inexperienced and the questions were read as if they were from a run book. At no point were questions or answers expanded on with reference to my previous experience. The interview went downhill after being asked what degree I had, even though I had over 20 years experience after leaving university. Very poor experience all round.
