Waste process no respect on Candidates. Culture is too worst and treating women employee very badly. They are asking if you recently get married you will plan for kids and take maternity leaves why we need to give offer to you.

Question 1
The interviewer asked me that u will get marry and have kids for that we need to give the maternity leaves waste of our energy and time.
2 round of interview and ask about basic private equity & accounting knowledge. I have interview for Private equity fund account. Thier main focus is on cash flow statement and accounting entries
A mix of technical and behavioral questions relating to fund accounting. Two interviewers were present. Nothing too hard, more of getting to know about your past experiences and how situations were dealt with. Good chance to know more about the company.
