It was a good process.. actually the first round consist of online test on aptitude and some 3-4 coding questions and then they called office for an offline interview. They took like 2-3 different rounds for interviewing and selected only those who have great technical knowledge.

It was talk with Developer and Architect. We talk about my project that i worked. My impact on previous project. They asked many technical questions. What was the biggiest imapct. Can i help junior developers. Did i had expireance with mentoring developers.
