Interview
If you are shorted then they will schedule a tool test. After the Tool test, if you pass, they will schedule a Technical Interview and then HR Round. If everything is ok they will offer.

They given training then after internship they offer full time job offer. They have proper training program & trainer.
They train revit & autocad.after internship they put you into live project for project exposure.
