The interview experience at Atidan was quite good. The recruiter kept me updated at all parts and kept following up. Overall they assess the fitment of the candidate with role, culture etc and it is a fair assessment. It might be rigorous and at times stretched but you can tell about the quality of work through this process itself. It also helps candidate understand the people and culture better before making a decision. They have a screening call, post which an introductory interview is conducted and then an aptitude test as per role, after which a manager interviews you and the final round is with CEO/ Co-founder. They are all very nice to talk to , and you will feel like it is more of a conversation than an interview.
