First interview with Recruiter on the phone. second one with the presence of HR and Team leader at site. They really try to see your potential and they are really friendly in the route.

Couple of technical questions from a printed layout of the existing machine.
The overall interview felt rigid and impersonal. One of the panel maintained a poker face throughout which made it tense, responses giving the impression quickly they weren’t particularly interested. Might better suit those who prefer a very structured, no-frills corporate environment.
