Atlassian Engineering Manager interview questions

The process takes far too long in comparison to other companies. My hiring manager told they are very particular about who they hire, and understandably so, but taking 1 month from an interview with recruiter to scheduling the initial interview with a hiring manager is not okay. Then waiting for the feedback for 2 weeks straight is not okay. Chasing a recruiter for giving you feedback is not okay. Interviewing 3 months for a position is not okay. It may be a great company to work for, but I will never find out. I've gotten exhausted and chose another job at another company where the overall process took 2 weeks, instead. You may be very particular about who you hire, but please return at least some respect. It didn't feel comfortable for me to chase my recruiter and hiring manager all the time in order to receive feedback. Eventually I decided to stop. You can be demanding and still hire in a timely manner. Who is going to wait for 3 months to get hired...?

More of Discussions based on Scenerios than an Interview.Very impressive folks interviewing and making you comfortable. The Bar of discussion is very high. Recruiters are very polished and interviews were quickly scheduled over a week's time(5 rounds in all). Wonderful experience!
