Avantor’s talent acquisition specialist found me on Linkedin for this role. There were 4 rounds in total, third and fourth round interviewers seem to be dissing my qualifications from the start of the interview.

In the fourth interview with the general manager I asked following questions:
1. What are some of the challenges the company is facing right now?
2. Which direction or what goals does the company have in the next 3 years?

Interview
The company immediately goes into detail about the candidate's skills, previous experience, professional background, and challenges faced. We conduct a targeted interview to determine not only whether the candidate's profile matches the role in technical terms, but also whether there's little flexibility.

Two days after submitting my resume the corporate recruiter reached out to me. I had an initial screening, face to face interview, and some follow up phone interviews with people higher up and HR. The process wasn't too intense and took a little over a month.
