It was an Aptitude Based Hiring which included questions from Coding, MS Excel and Aptitude. Shortlisted students were given the offer letters after a few days. Over all the experience was amazing.

Axtria came for hiring Analyst Trainee on our campus. There was only one round which consisted of basic Aptitude. After that round, only the students were given an offer letter without any further rounds. About 7 to 8 students were selected for that role. The selected students were onboarded by the HR team and it was a wonderful experience.
