Very long, 45 mins plus. Hr questions, behavioral, resume questions. Typical on the spot questions. Biggest waste of time. Waited 6 months for a rejection and not I'm immediately rejected from applying to their jobs. Racist company. My background was perfect and more, even the interviewer agreed. But because of my Asian race I wasn't selected.

Was a smooth process - first with a discipline specialist followed by HR. The discipline interview was focussed on my knowledge in the field based on past experience. HR discussed aspirations, etc.

Human Resources type scored interview process. A lot of questions about yourself send how you deal with situations. Very little technical content - you are left to incorporate it into your responses.
