It was a friendly process, going through my resume. He aksed about my management abilities and experience. It even had a role play in the process and all of them were friendly.

I was interviewed virtually by a project engineer. He started by telling me that it is going to be a conversation because he is not a human resource manager. The interview was about 30 minutes, and at the end, I was allowed to ask questions. Which I did, and he answered. He tried to clarify the position of a project engineer is different from engineers' roles.
