Interview
They took 5 rounds of me:
Round 1: Coding challenge. I was asked to write code of LRU cache.
Round 2: Discussion on projects and tech. Like which db to use when, different kind of indexing, sharding, partitioning etc.
Round 3: System design round. Medium level question.
Round 4: With the product guy.
Round 5: With the CEO. ( He literally asked me about my marriage plans, that if I am gonna get married within next 2 years. I think he doesn't want to give leaves for occasions like marriage, birth etc.
I should have gone through other reviews before saying yes to interviews. Give their interview only if you are bored otherwise don't even about this.
At the end, they were offering me the same cash component which I was already making not even 1% hike. They rely heavily on esops in their ctc.
Their is no point on it, as they are spending 10 rs to make 1 rs.
I would say do not spend your time with them if you already have an offer, just give interview for practice if you want. Once you interact with CEO, you won't even think about joining this org.
