Burns & McDonnell interview questions

The first phase is a pre-recorded interview. Nothing technical it was about why you want to work for the company and what your previous experience is. You have about 5 questions where you speak and record yourself and you get 2 attempts on each question.

Had two interviews and a few calls with the recruiter, There will be a panel and all people from the panel need to be agreeable to you joining. If not, you likely won't get the job.
