The hiring process is very pathetic and worst, I do not see such kind of hiring process in my entire IT career. Even after clearing Telephonic, Technical, Managerial,HR round, they're not release the offer letter telling that due to business constraints we didn't offer an employment letter at this time. HR/recruiter guys are not professional, Firstly they told me will only give you ... CTC n even I agreed to work on the offered CTC. Despite sending couple of follow up emails for releasing the offer, Every time they told me soon you'll receive the offer. I pressurized him to provide the final update then they told me approvals are not received n bla bla

The interview process at Capgemini was quite straightforward. I had a single interview, which was conducted directly by the clients.
