3 stages. Screening with talent partner, interview with senior member, interview with VP and senior member including case study presentation. VP turned up 5 minutes late. Both were completely unprepared. The senior member had just returned from holidays. While I was presenting, the VP was playing with his mobile phone. At various points, the VP asked me to skip my slides and get to the conclusions. The senior member felt awkward, it was clear. We finished the interview after 40 minutes, while it was scheduled for 1 hour. And when I finished, the VP asked me where my skills could fit to their team. Like I have an idea who are the other team members, let alone their skills matrix. On top of that, the VP lectured about the value of team work! I raised this behaviour to the talent partner. I already know there is nothing they can do, but I did not want to let it pass. I spend a week to get prepared for this interview. Absolutely disappointing behaviour, unprofessional and disrespectful. I withdraw my application and hope not to experience the same behaviour. This behaviour is way below my level.
