ClearVision Optical Intern interview questions

DO NOT USE EMAIL ON LISTING. They do not reply to that! I only got a reply after submitting application directly through website. It was a week and a half after submitting. Told phone interviewer to call at x time, interviewer does not. 30 minutes later they EMAIL ME to reschedule to another day. This time interviewer calls. Phone interview went smoothly, get moved on to next step.. but here's where things get real negative. For a company that prides itself in "treat others how you want to be treated", "positivity", and "generosity", I did not feel that at all from Clearvision. I came early for in person interview, interviewer was 30 min late.. Interviewer did not shake my hand. I did not feel very welcomed at all. like others said here, interview was very bland. There was no life. It was all very robotic and "sterile". This is a company that has received awards for best place to work for? Maybe not in 2017...! In fact, I think the only positive review here was posted by the interviewer themself.. since the review says the employee is a recruiter.. makes sense!! Did not feel comfortable with company to really shine...!!! "treat others how you wish to be treated" is on their website.. well then! This is how they want to be treated? What does this say about their program? And at the end, interviewer lectures me on position and careers! I am receptive to feedback but not when I feel completely unwelcomed from the first second! This is no "family" work environment, like they try to pride themselves on. Maybe this company was good to work for back in the day, but to me it seems they are no longer standing by their company values. What a huge disappointment! Wonder what CEO thinks of all this!!
