Cogno AI Customer Success Associate interview questions

I got connected to the HR via a job post on LinkedIn & then she reached out to me with a google form. After submitting the google form where several questions were asked about personal details, professional & few aptitude. I successfully cleared that round & got a call from the HR to schedule the next round which was the- TEAM INTERVIEW ROUND. This was the worst interview I had ever faced in my life as the team was of freshers of around 3-4months overall experience (this wasn't the worst part). They were not trained to take the interview as they were asking random technical questions about their company's product & were just bombarding me with questions. The HR never mentioned to me that this round will be a technical round & hence I wasn't 100% prepared about Cogno AI's product. Then after 2 days I got a call that "the team thinks I'm not fit for the job role" but I've 1.6 yrs of experience. I really feel that this process was completely unfair & the team taking the interview rounds should be well trained to take such interviews otherwise this company will keep on losing potential candidates.
