Called by external agency and organised a meeting with the functional manager. The second meeting was done in the company head office with another top manager and in presence with the HR director

I received a call after applying online for an interview. Interview went well, the manager seemed and impressed and told me that I would hear from them. They did not contact me at all afterward even after I followed up. I can understand if I was not a good fit, but if you tell me you're going to contact me, contact me.
