Eaton Quality Engineering Supervisor interview questions

Eaton uses the Lominger question and interview process. This starts with a 30 min introductory presentation given by the interviewee, followed by 3, 30 minute Lominger question sessions involving 2 questions each. Each session is completed with a different 2 person team, creating a full interview panel of 6 people.
