The interview process was intense .. be prepared for a Math paper and a scenario based paper that wants you to "sell the dream" work our percentages and put it together as a proposal, expect competency based questions and to be quizzed on your weak points as you will have filled out a personality test online pre interview.

The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Ecolab (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
First interview with HR went very well and got great feedback. Second interview was about a week later with hiring manager and district manager that went went very well too, I was told I was one of thier top candidates at that point. In the weeks that followed I was given updates on the process and was told that I’d be hearing from them soon. Finally, today a month an a half later I was sent a rejection email. It didn’t feel good as I felt like my time was wasted.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Ecolab (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
1-2 month interview process from initial phone interview, face interview, to rejection email. Interviewed with the hiring manager a week and half after phone interview, told me he will reach out in 2 weeks, never did. I had to reach out to him (the hiring manager) 1 month after we met, said he was busy and would have a decision soon. Exactly 1 week later I got the rejection email and the job is posted up again simultaneously. Oh well, their loss.
