The interview process was extensive and well-structured, beginning with a screening call and a competency interview to qualify for the assessment day. The assessment day itself was a thorough 6-hour process involving a group problem, a DeltaV demo, and an interview with two Emerson employees. After receiving very positive feedback, I advanced to the final interview to discuss team placement and career goals.
Unfortunately, communication completely ceased after this final round. Despite dedicating significant time to this multi-stage process and following up multiple times via email, I received no further response or feedback. While the initial stages were well-managed, the lack of communication at the final decision stage was highly unprofessional for an organization of this scale.
