Absolute chaos in terms of interview setup. Recruiters are either flooded with work or too naive. I had 2 interviews,both of them rescheduled multiple times. Interview process gave me clear understanding about company culture and how they value pothential candidate. They have no respect for their and candidates time. I had excellent interviews but given the way entire process went, I was quite sure that recruiters will not come back. This low ballers rely on whether candiates do a follow up or try to create position. This petty recruiters, needs to understand, why a good candidate will do a follow up in order to get a position? Show respect for candidates, value their time . Remember interview is an experience and candidates too have opportunity to understand ur company and culture. so smart candidates know how are u behaving and how will u value them, so why they will do follow up. I recommend giving interview to Equifax and use it as interview practice session, so that you can prepare better for interviews with other valuable companies.
