They will call you in for interview after you take a drug test and you will speak to that areas district manager. He will then ask you a list of questions and watch how you react to them.

Initial call from corporate HR asking why I believe I am a good fit for the job. Then I received a call to schedule a F2F interview. The interviewer went through a list of questions required by corporate.

Interview
a scripted interview, very mechanical, not very much room for improvisation, expected rehearsed and standard interview answers. Met with two managers in an office there were appx 15 questions. The interview took appx 30 minutes. I was passed on to the next interview. It is a three stage process.

It was a brief interview, we chatted over the phone once and then met again in person. It was a very quick process, I was offered the job 2 weeks after the first phone interview.
