      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Finastra in Feb 2026

      Interview

The recruiter reaches out and screens you. If you are qualified, they reach back out for rounds of interviews. My experience was decent until the interviewing rounds. The recruiter flat out ignored my follow up emails. I was not aware of an assessment until I happen to check my spam emails-- the recruiter didn't even advise to be looking out for one. I sent 2 follow up emails after my 2 rounds of interviews to the recruiter (it had been weeks since my last interview) and she didn't even take the time to respond. That definitely says a lot about a company.
