Foundever Operations Manager interview questions

Fairly easy. Mostly behavioral and situational questions asked. The process took about 3 weeks. Had an interview with recruiter and hiring manager. Overall it was a good experience and everyone was friendly.

Hiring process is very unprofessional in this organisation. I was interviewed for Operations Manager position and went through interview with Sr. Manager and Director. I was excellent in the interview which was endorsed by the recruiting HR and they started with the offer process. They disclosed their budget at start of the recruitment process and I went for the recruitment process post discussing the budget. Here comes the unprofessionalism - they were likely negotiating with another candidate as well without letting me know and kept buying time by giving hoax offer on text/call to keep me engaged in the process. After keeping me in dark for 2-3 weeks, HR called me to share that they will not he able to offer me without disclosing the actual reason (they hired the other candidate in a couple of lakhs lower ctc). It is ok to hire another candidate, however I have never come across such level of unprofessional recruitment wherein Director till HR professionals are involved in such negative practice. I invested my 3 weeks without considering other organisations for an organisation which was just trying to be unprofessional and involved in ill practices of hiring. I would never recommend the organisation ay any level considering the unprofessional approach at such level.
