Dear Reviewer, I lead Talent Acquisition for HomeLane and I have learnt from your review that you had a dis-satisfactory candidate experience with us. 'Playing politics .. selecting candidates whom they know' - I am unable to trace what exactly went wrong for you to be such a hard critic here as you have chosen to keep your identity under the radar. We at HomeLane thrive our best to build a robust and unbiased evaluation process - be it the HR team or the evaluation panel. Our principles are high held in line with our organisation's core value system - trust and transparency are uncompromising attributes for us. Furthermore, I would urge you to write to me personally (aboneeta.b@homelane.com) and narrate me the incidents that took place that made you conclude this review, may be I could help clarify that way - an anonymous review here will not help me rectify flaws (if any) Also for your attention, we do not have a Business Development Manager opening in New Delhi in the last 3 months and definitely have not em-paneled staffing agencies there - hence I am unsure of this review.
