Hubbell Manufacturing Engineer interview questions

The first round is with an HR. There is a second round with the manager. The manager talked mostly about previous experience. The total process took about two - three weeks.

Initially contacted by corporate Hr. Basic screening questions. Setup 2nd phone interview with HR manager on site. Typical questions. Setup 3rd on site interview. Met with HR manager and production manager. Began with a 30 minute group style interview. HR leading the charge. Easy to speak with and had productive discussion about the position and my resume. Remaining 30 mins spent touring plant with production manager. Tour was rushed, lack of interest. Definitely just going through the motions.
