The internship process I went through started with a test, followed by a group discussion, a technical round, and then an HR round. The HR round mainly focused on behavioral-based questions, while the technical round was more practical and subject-oriented.

How would you handle a situation where a newly promoted team leader faces resistance from other team members who are hesitant to accept her authority?
Lengthy and time consuming, interviewers were disinterested at all times. The questions asked were about everything on the CV. It was a general interview without much stress. The interview was totally non technical and focused only on the CV and no questions were asked about the company or industry or any category.
Very toxic. Kept asking questions about previous company and grilling on why the previous company was bad and nothing else. It felt like they were there only to get revenge on my company.
