Infor Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process had the usual steps (submit a resume, get an initial phone call interview from HR, and have an technical interview). During the technical interview, the interviewer (fellow software developer from the hiring manager's team) was more focused on my resume's design and not it's contents. My alma mater has a different resume design for fresh graduates and for some reason, my interviewer wanted to know more why I chose to not follow that university's resume design. That was mostly the interview topic. When the interviewer asked if I had any questions, I asked about the tech stack used and other project details, to learn more about what the project is about (i.e. payroll processes, bank reconciliation processes, etc.) Interviewer's response was "why didn't I ask this with HR?" to which I replied, "I did but they recommended to check during the tech interview since this is the avenue where I can get more details". I didn't bother to proceed with the next steps since the overall experience was unprofessional and inappropriate.
