Interview
They first ask to do a Assignment , consist of creating multiple microservice , in nestjs , python (rag)
Its a long assignment and Even if you complete the assignment in the second round they will reject you without any reason .
My interview went excellent but they didn't give any feedback .
DO NOT waste your time here .
In second round : interviewer has no idea and doesn't sounds like a tech person .
You will get rejected even after you gave your 100%
Wrost management and experience.

Create a document management system on node.js , frontend on react and a backend service on python (rag) .
Bunch of regular react js question on hook and state etc
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at JK Tech (Chennai) in Feb 2019
Interview
Technical interview was lengthy. There was a test as well. Personal meeting was also there. Good process. Went well, finally am inside. All good. Nice work now.
Done.
Fine now. Now working with a big team.
