Attending an interview with responsible manager and HR manager. The interview was friendly asked about previous experience and projects I worked for. Then they start to negotiate the salary and profits

Question 1
What is biggest achievement you have done in your career path?
Stringent, no recommendation, expects lot of technical knowledge, total 3 rounds for experienced person also their will be tool test
Interviewer will be highly qualified u cannot lie them, most of the naffco people will get selected easily, should have knowledge on all high end systems and gas suppression
3 steps
1 -online test
2- first round interview
3- final technical + HR interview round
first two steps are easy but in last step there is pannel inn your front which takes interview for at least half an hour.they confuse you in the questions
