Communication on the interview timeline and process was good. It was a two stage process, which moved forward quickly and feedback was provided at both stages. I disclosed a neurodiverse condition and the reasonable adjustments were considered, although at the second stage the interviewers did waver from the agreed format, for a senior role like this I understand the requirement to adjust in order to get the best out of the interview but this did throw might slightly. Based on feedback it did not impact my performance but I have fed back for future candidates this could be improved
