I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LearningMate Solutions (Mumbai)
Interview
The HR people are pathetic, they don't value candidate's time and efforts. They will take the interview and just vanish away. The response from them is you should call to get the updates. There are no replies for the mails regarding the candidature as well. Unlike professional organisations they believe in NOT Communicating the candidate if they are rejected, so they will just leave you hanging up if they don't find you suitable. Even though one clear all the technical rounds the HR will reject you due to unknown reasons. Also the HR won't give you any feedback regarding the same. Its a total waste of time & waste of energy. Please stay away from such unprofessional organisation.

Thank you for feedback and interest in working with LearningMate. We know candidate time is valuable and strive for a timely and easy process. Though not ideal, in some cases this may take a week or more depending on the position and interview team. In past months we have not held meetings at our NY address, rather most have occurred virtually or another location. Please email us at makeusbetter@learningmate.com so we can learn more about what specifically occurred and how we can improve. Best to you in your career!
