Lucid Motors Software Engineer interview questions

Multiple steps in wich two were skill tests. The rest were mostly with HR and management. Took them a long time to make a decision. The recruiting process can be streamlined further.

We had a short phone call conversation. Questions about previous jobs and a run down of the job and responsibilities. They were clear they needed someone who had experience because they were a startup and didn’t have time to train new people.
