They are really techno savvy. Communicate through whats app also. Very responsive in terms of communication (email/ call) with follow back.
Even for rejection they have a professionalism to inform asap (Immediate) .

Question 1
Normal 4- 5 question related to already mentioned experience. As if you are already good in knowledge you can figure out / judge a person in a 4-5 questions! No need for 30 minutes - 1 hour question for Experienced person!
