I attended for Big data hadoop. The Interview Process is very good. The technical panel is good and patient. There were three rounds, Two technical followed by HR. The process is on Bluegeens video conf .Technical panels are really good and they tested all basics required for project and in core. Once you clear first round, Second will be with German, US teams. They are very good and again focused on project and previous experience. Next come to HR. The irritating one. They dont know how to speak with candidate. even they wont respond. EVen you have to call multiple times and chase them for feed back. I called multiple times, each time he will ask who is this and i have to introduce from my beginning. Really pathetic HRs. FOr offer i have to chase almost three times. They feel like they are the owners, He is saying " we can offer this much, if you are ok we will proceed oterwise we will full stop here." Not giving the chance to speak. Technical panels are awesome. HR should know how to speak with candidates, Not only me, the same problem with multiple people(I enquired after joining). Please be clear with basics and projects.

There were 2 rounds of interviews. The interviewers were polite and courteous. First round was completely technical. Second round had some HR elements to it. The interviewers explained about the organization as well.
