Started with thestandard phone interview with the recruiter, and the next day she gave me the information about the Mock Pitch phone interview. I prepared myself and call without know there would be other FOUR people interviewing me with that pitch...Waited almost a week to be invited to the in person interview, and was asked to provide all kind of references from past jobs and fill out forms. I exposed myself by reaching out to those people and ask for references because I thought I'd get this job. When I got in there, was FOUR white male, half an hour each, on a exhausting and the most diminishing interview of my life. They were very aggressive with the questions, unfriendly and didn't even look at me. If I wasn't a good candidate, why put me thru this? Oh yes, to say they are giving "equal opportunity"? Boy Club Culture is definitely there.
